On motion of Mr. Green, a Message was then sent to the House informing them that the Senate had passed upon all public business before them, and would adjourn forthwith, without day in concurrence with the House.
The Senate, accordingly, then adjourned without day.
The foregoing Journal is made up from the minutes, files and documents taken and kept during the session of the Senate from January, 1st. to February 11th, 1823 both inclusive, - by Charles B. Smith, Secretary of the Senate. -
