Bill to incorporate the town of Hancock, was read once ordered to a second reading, again read and passed to be engrossed sent down for concurrence.
[Resolve - Trustees and Overseers of Bowdoin College]
Resolve in favor of the trustees and Overseers of Bowdoin College was read once and the afternoon at 4 oclock assigned for a second reading.
[Bill - Penobscot Indians]
Bill additional for the regulation of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians came up referred to the Committee on the Judiciary for concurrence and the Senate concurred.
[Bill - from Buckfield to Paris]
Bill to set off Benjamin Woodbury and others from Buckfield to Paris came from the House in a new draft and the same was committed to Messrs Dennett, Washburn and Sweat
[Bill - Fishery in the 7 Mile brook Vassalborough]
Bill additional respecting the fishery in the seven mile brook in Vassalborough came up amended, the concurred in the amendment, further amended and passed the same to be engrossed sent down for concurrence
