Mr. Pond from the Committee to whom was referred the Report of the Committee on the Judiciary of February 11th granting leave to withdraw on sundry petitions, reported that the Committee had considered the subject referred to them and recommend that the Report of the Committee on the Judiciary be accepted, and the same was accepted accordingly. On motion by Mr. Williams the further balloting for filling the vacancy in the office of Major General of the fourth Division of the Militia of this State was postponed to the next Senate, and a Message was sent to the House informing them thereof
