The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment

Bill authorizing the Court of Sessions to layout a read and erect a Bridge over Cathanse River was read a first time and Monday next, at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading

Mr. Stebbins, from the Committee on the Judiciary on an order of the 13th of February instructing that Committee to inquire into the expediency of amending the Law relating to the admission of attorneys, reported "Bill further regulating the admission of Attorneys, which was read a first time and Monday, at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading
