114 [left] Report on Resolve of Joshua Carpenter Resolve - opening a road to Matanawcook stream [main] Mr. Williams from the Committee on that part of the Governor's message relating to internal improvement to whom was committed Resolve in favor of Joshua Carpenter and an order to inquire into the expediency - reported a Resolve additional to opening and clearing a road from the South line of township No. 2 old indian purchase on the East side of Penobscot River to Matanawcook stream and the same was read once and tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading, and the Committee recommended the postponement of Resolve in favor of Joshua Carpenter until the last Resolve shall have been acted upon, Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred
