Ordered that the Committee on Accounts in making allowance to the State Printers for their services for the political year 1825 be instructed to take into consideration the proposals made by the several printers of the town of Portland and submitted to the Committee appointed on the subject of the State Printing the last year – read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of amending the act entitled an act regulating Judicial process and proceedings, so as to provide compulsory process for the attendance of Witnesses before Auditors, and for the taxation of costs incurred by the parties in prosecuting their claims before said Auditors. read and passed.
