Malborne above named - _______ of the Selectmen of Palermo agst. the petition of Saml. Mason & als - were severally read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Fuller & als of Hermon, Carmel & Etna respecting the fishery - - of West Machias on the subject of the fishery in said towns - were severally read & referred to the committee on Interior Fisheries. Sent up for concurrence.

Petitions of the Proprietors of the Kennebunk Pier Corporation for an extension of their Charter

- of the town of Buxton for aid in maintaining their Bridges &c
- of B.B. Boies & als to be incorporated for the purpose of building a Bridge across Kennebec River above the mouth of Dead River
