The House resumed the order of the day on the motion of Mr Bourne for a reconsideration of the vote of the 7th inst. accepting the report on the petition of Nahum Smith & als and after further discussion, the House refused to reconsider said vote. The question was taken by yeas & nays and decided as follows: [see appendix page 288.] yeas 58. nays 65.
