Report on the committee on State Lands on the order of 30th of January last directing an inquiry as to the expediency of passing a law prohibiting all grants of Public lands, that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
Resolve in favor of Joseph B. Prince, was called up & referred to the committee on Claims. Sent up for concurrence.
