The General officers the Heads and branches of all the different departments in the Army the brigades of infantry & artillery horse and foot not brigaded & the [?] of the army are desired to make immediate return of all camp equipage, tools & publick property in their possession belonging to the Q.M. General's Department particularly of publick horses
