− | The committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred the Resolve requesting the Governor to make application to the Secretary of War for the service of a Topographical Engineer, in this State, reported a reference of the subject to the next Legislature - and the report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

− | Bill - additional to an act to enforce the payment of Bank notes and for other purposes, came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence and the House refused to concur and postponed the subject indefinitely. Sent up for concurrence.

− | Resolve relating to the State Printing, came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence - The question "Will the House recede from their former vote passing the Resolve" was decided in the negative by yeas & nays as follows (see appendix page 333) Yeas 39 - Nays 51. & so the House nonconcurred the Senate in passing the new draft.
