The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duely [duly] engrossed Resolve on the pay Roll of the Senate, which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve additional to a resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations and classes, on the first apportionment was read twice & passed to be engrossed as taken into a 3d new draft – Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve additional to a resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns, plantations & classes on the first apportionment, came again from the Senate, that body adhering to their own votes & proposing a conference and appointing as Conferees on their part Messrs Dunlap, Parsons & Churchill. The House accepted their proposition, and on their part appointed Messrs Adams of Portland, Fessenden of Portland & Gowin of Montville.

Resolve in favor of Amos H Hodgman, was laid on the table by Mr White of Monmouth, read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve additional to a resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, towns, plantations & classes on the first apportionment, was laid on the table by the Conferees on the part of the House on this Resolve, who reported that the House so far recede from their former votes on the subject as to pass the Resolve to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate - and the House accepted the report and concurred with the Senate accordingly.
