[Committee on exempting minors from taxes] Chandler be a committee with such as the Senate may join to take into consideration the expediency of passing an act exempting minors from paying a poll tax, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred, and Messrs McDonald and Anderson were joined.-
