The Members elect were called to order by M Cushman - Mr Dunlap was charged with a message to the Governor and Council that a Quorum of the members elect of the Senate were present and ready to be qualified and the Governor was pleased to say that he would meet the Senators and Representatives elect in the Representatives Chamber at 11 oclock for the purpose of administering the oaths requiredby the Constitution.
