Megquier, Kingsbury & Phelps, who reported the same with an amendment: the proposed amendment was adopted, and the Resolve then passed to be Engrossed as amended.  Sent down for concurrence.

(132) [Resolve laying County Tax] A Resolve from the House entitled "Resolve laying a tax on the several Counties in this State", which, having passed to be Engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read the first time and, on motion, was ordered to lie on the table.

[Bill to regulate the Court of Probate] Mr. Megquier, from the Joint standing Committee on the Judiciary, reported a Bill entitled "An act further to regulate the proceedings and Jurisdiction of the Courts of Probate, which, on motion, was ordered to lie on the table: and it was further ordered that three hundred copies of the Bill be printed for the use of Members of the Legislature.
