Bill - prohibiting public treats on days of election, passed to be engrossed on the 5th inst, came from the Senate nonconcurred - and the House adhered to their vote of the 5th inst

Bill - establishing Bowdoinham Academy, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence - and the House receded from their former vote & concurred with the Senate in the reference.

Bill - an additional act respecting the fishery in the seven mile brook in Vassalboro' was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve in favor of Oldtown Bridge Corporation, came from the Senate that body adhering to their vote refusing the Resolve a passage - The House adhered to their vote of 4th inst. proposed a conference & appointed Messrs Carpenter of Howland Bennock of Orono & Smart of Prospect conferees on their part.
