Resolve in favor of the Proprietors of Merry meeting Bridge laid on the table by Mr Ames of Bath, was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Nicholas Pierce, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve in favor of William Tozier, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - additional to an act respecting Fisheries in the waters of Vinalhaven, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - additional act to the several acts to prevent the destruction of Fish in Dennys' river & Penmaquan, was read & third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve on the petition of Jabez P Bradbury, was read & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on the petitions of Elias Thomas, Treasurer and of Amos Nichols, Secretary of State, that it is inexpedient to grant the prayers thereof, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - establishing the Salary of the Governor, was read once & refused a second reading in concurrence with the Senate. and then on motion ordered to lie on the table.
