John Carver of Vinahaven appeared, presented his credentials, was qualified and took his seat.
On motion of Mr Dole of Alna, Ordered, that a committee to consist of one member from each County be appointed to report the names of the members and the number of their respective seats - and Messrs Dole of Alna, Hill of Lyman, True of Poland, Little of Castine, Mowry of Lubec, Morse of Wilton, Storer of Carthage, Eastman of Cornville, Carpenter of Howland & Merrill of Frankfort were appointed said Committee.
