[78] [Bills enacted] Mr Page from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz - Bill additional to incorporate the Maine Stage Company " additional to incorporate the Portland Mutual Fire Insurance Company " to set off part of township no. 1 in the 2nd range & annex the same to the town of Concord and " to incorporate the town of Appleton and the same were severally passed to be enacted

and also

[Resolves enacted] Resolve authorizing Julia B. Jones to convey real estate " providing for the promulgation of the Laws of this State " respecting the dividing line between Hollis & Waterboro & " in favor of Thomas H. Norcross and the same were finally passed

and these bills and resolves were presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature
