(140) Tuesday 23d February 1830 The Senate met according to adjournment. [Pet. of T.T. Stone & als] Mr. Steele, from the Joint standing Committee on the Militia and Military affairs, on the Petition of Thomas T. Stone & others, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition. The Report was read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Notice ordered on Petitions of Selectmen of Alna - " of Warren] Mr. Hutchings, from the Joint standing Committee on Interior Fisheries, on the Petitions of Selectmen of Alna, & Selectmen of Warren, reported an order of notice on each severally. The Reports were read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Pet. of committee of Bremen] The same Gentleman, from the same Committee, on the Petition of a Committee of Bremen, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their Petition.
