Sent down for concurrence.

[Report on the Order concerning the Drill of Officers &c] " on the Order of February 3rd instructing that Committee to inquire into the expediency of reporting a Bill making provision for a drill of officers within Regiments or Battalions, and the organization of Courts Martial by detail in conformity to Military usage, reported that the Committee are of the opinion the subject properly belongs to the Military Board already appointed. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

[Bill to prevent the destruction of Alewives in the town of Perry] Bill to prevent the destruction of alewives in Little River in the town of Perry came up amended for concurrence and the Senate having reconsidered their former vote, adopted in part the amendment proposed and passed the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent down for concurrence.
