Petition of Charles Thompson & als members of the Standish Light Infantry, to be incorporated and that the officers may be commissioned as Col, Lieut Col, & Major &c was read & referred to the committee on the Militia & Military Affairs - Sent up for concurrence.
On motion of Mr Adams of Portland Ordered that the Committee on Finance be authorized to make such alterations in apportioning the State Tax on such towns & plantations as may be affected by any law or resolve, whereby any change has been made in the polls and estates heretofore belonging to the same as may appear to be just & equitable - read & passed.
