Bill - additional to an Act for keeping watches & wards in towns and for preventing disorders in Streets & public places, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the South Parish in the town of Bridgton, was taken up, and a motion made indefinitely to postpone the same - but before the same was put, the House

Bill - to incorporate the South Parish in the town of Bridgton was again taken up and considered, and the motion pending at the time of adjournment being superseded by a call for the previous question which was sustained, the House passed the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

On motion of Mr Pond of Bucksport, Ordered, that the committee on State Lands be directed to inquire into the expediency of passing a Resolve to authorize the Land Agent of this State conjointly with the Land Agent of Massachusetts to sell & convey all such small tracts or gores on land in the State, as may be ascertained to be the joint property of said State - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
