[Bill establishing the times of holding the S.J. Court] Bill additional to an Act establishing the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court was read once ordered to a second reading again read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

[Bill authorizing Lottery for the Damariscotta Canal] Bill authorizing a Lottery for the benefit of the Damariscotta Canal came from the House referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals for concurrence and the Senate nonconcurred.

[Resolve passed to be engrossed concerning N. Hampshire line] Mr. Holbrook from the committee on that part of the Governor's speech relating to the boundary lines between this State and New Hampshire reported Resolve relating to a report of Commissioners establishing the boundary line between Maine and New Hampshire, and the same was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Resolve for the purchase of Stationary] Mr. Emerson had leave to lay on the table Resolve for the purchase of Stationary and the articles and the same was once read and today at 12 oClock assigned for 2nd reading.

[Communication of Danl Rose & Joel Miller] Communication of Daniel Rose and Joel Miller present warden of the State Prison were taken up and the Senate reconsidered their vote directing the printing of 300 copies of the former. Mr. Gardner moved that 300 copies of both be printed for the use of the Legislature the question was decided by yeas and nays ordered on motion by Mr. Healey of Lincoln.
