On motion of Mr. Deane of Ellsworth Ordered that the Land Agent be directed to ascertain from the Land agent of Massachusetts the tracts and quantity of land sold & conveyed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts south of, & north of the monument line - Also the quantities of land south and north of the monument line - Also the quantities south & north of said line contracted to be sold & the times of payment Sent up for concurrence.
