Highways] [order to print] The Bill entitled "An act additional to an act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of Highways" was read the second time and referred to the next Legislature; and it was Ordered, that it be printed three weeks successively in the State paper and in one other paper in each County in the State, the last publication to be at least sixty days before the meeting of the next Legislature.
