[Bill to prevent the destruction of Moose &c] Bill to prevent the destruction of Moose, Deer and Karibou [Caribou] came up with a proposition for a conference which the Senate accept and appoint Messrs. Phelps, Parsons, and French Conferees.
[Bill respecting legal settlement, conferees on] Bill additional to an Act ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement, and providing for the relief, support, employment and removal of the poor came up with a proposition for a conference, which the Senate accept and appoint Messrs. Dane, Emerson and Kingsbury conferees.
[Bill to prevent usury] Bill to establish the rate of interest and restrain the taking of excessive usury was read once and today at 11 o'clock assigned for a second reading.
[Resolve in favor of N. Springer referred] Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Springer came up and the Senate reconsidered their former vote and referred the same to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.
