An Oder came from the Senate for concurrence directing that the Committee who have under consideration the Treasurer Report receive the property in the Office of the Treasurer of State from the late Treasurer and transfer the same to Mark Harris Treasurer elect, and the House concurred
Report of the Committee on Finance on the Petition of the town of Washington, referring the same to the next Legislature, was read and accepted.
Remonstrance of Peter Rowe and others against abolishing the July Term of the Common Please in the County of Waldo and also a Petition to alter the July term of the same Court, and to establish an additional term of the Supreme Court in the name County came from the Senate referred to the Committee on the Judiciary for concurrence, and the House concurred.
