Resolve for completing the baring and Houlton road, reported by the committee on State roads, was read once, and Friday next at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the town of Pennmaquan came up from the House amended. The Senate recede from their vote, passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.

The Select committee, to whom was committed the Bull for the destruction of Bears and Wolves, reported the same as taken into a new draft and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
