Bill to incorporate the Hancock Agricultural Society was read a third time and the House nonconcur in the amendment proposed by the Senate and pass the same to be engrossed without amendment, sent up for concurrence.

Bill for the preservation of Roads was read once as taken into a new draft, amended as on sheet annexed and indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill proscribing certain of the Land Agent, was read a first and second time and indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve for laying a tax on the several Counties in this State, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft, and the House adopt the new draft and pass the same to be engrossed as amended sent up for concurrence.
