The same Committee reported as duly engrossed, Preamble and Resolves respecting the United States Bank, which was finally passed. Sent up
Petition of James J Leavitts to be admitted to practice law in the Court of Common Please, came from the Senate referred to Messrs Smith and Burnham with such as the House may join for concurred and Messrs Council of Waner, James of Ellsworth and Lake of Bucksport were joined
