McLellan and others praying for an alteration in the law providing for Courts Martial, was read and refered to the Joint standing committee on the Militia. Sent down for concurrence. concurred.
[Bills enacted.] The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported as truly copied from the original, the following Bills - To wit. "An Act to alter the times of holding the Court of Sessions in the county of Lincoln." "An Act to set off Nathaniel Malborne from Cornville to Milburn." and "An Act authorizeing the Town of Portland to lay out and make a road over tide waters."
