The House resumed the consideration of the Report of the Committee on Contested Elections to whom were referred the certificates presented by James Adams and Joseph Durrell - and assigned tomorrow at 11. o'clock for the further consideration of the same.
A communication was received from Daniel Rose, Land Agent, transmitting in obedience to the order of the Legislature of Feby. 3. a schedule of the quality of land which has been divided between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Maine - which was read and 400 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature - sent up for concurrence.
