Mr. Small of Jay was excused from serving on the Valuation committee and Mr. Bradford of Turner was appointed in his stead
The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill - to alter the times of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Lincoln - - to set off Nathaniel Malbone from Cornville to Milburn. - authorizing the Town of Portland to lay out and make a road over tide waters - which were severally passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence.
The same Committee also report as duly engrossed - Resolve - requesting the Governor to transmit to the Governor of Massachusetts an Act of this State - - authorizing Margaret McCobb and Edmund Wilson administrators to execute a deed - which were severally finally passed - sent up for concurrence.
Bill additional concerning the Record of Justices of the Peace was read a first and second time - and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.
The House reconsidered their vote accepting the report of the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals granting an order of notice on the Petition of Henry W. Fuller and others, nonconcur the Senate and order the Same to be recommitted to the same committee - sent up for concurrence.
