Mr. Bourne of Kennebunk moved to insert in the Record of yesterdays proceedings in this House the following words, to wit - "moved by Mr. Scammon of Pittston that the Resolve be so amended as to take from the town of Green, 1841, and carry it to Windsor which was decided in the negative -" and the question upon so inserting these words was decided in the negative by yeas and nays as follows, Yeas 54.
