On motion of Mr. McCrate of Nobleboro' Ordered that a message be sent to the Senate and also to the Governor and Council informing them that John Ruggles Esq has resigned his seat as Speaker of the House of Representatives and that Benjamin White Esquire of Monmouth has been duly chosen in his stead and the Clerk by message acquainted the Senate therewith and Mr. McCrate was charged to communicate the same to the Governor and Council.

On motion of Mr. Mc.Crate of Nobleboro', Ordered that a message be sent to the Senate and also to the Governor and Council informing them that John Ruggles Esq. has resigned his seat as Speaker of the House of Representatives and that Benjamin White Esquire of Monmouth has been duly chosen in his stead and the Clerk by message acquainted the Senate therewith and Mr. McCrate was charged to communicate the same to the Governor and Council.
