Mr Keith from the Conferees on the part of the Senate on the subject of a disagreement between the two houses in relation to a Resolve in favor of Elisha Hilton, reported that the Conferees on the part of the House in a full and free conference, and that the Conferees on the part of the House, have agreed to recommend to the House, that they recede from their vote whereby they refused a passage to this Resolve, and recommending that the Senate adhere to their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed; and further recommending that the Resolve be so far amended, that the said Hilton be entitled to receive the sum mentioned in said Resolve, upon his filing in the office of the Secretary of State, a good and sufficient
