Resolve authorizing the Treasurer to receive certain monies in behalf of the State. And the same were severally finally passed

Resolve for providing for Clerk hire in the Office of the Adjutant General. Read twice and indefinitely postponed in concurrence.

Bill relating to prosecutions for Libel, and to pleadings in actions for Libel and Slander; read twice and passed to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.

Bill additional to an Act to regulate Banks and Banking, came from the House, recommitted. The Senate recede from their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, and recommit the same in concurrence.

The joint select committee to whom was committed a Bill to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, reported the same as taken into a new draft, and the same was passed to be engrossed as taken
