Resolve relating to losses sustained by citizens of Madawasha, came from the House passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. The Senate nonconcur the House and indefinitely postpone the same. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Cogswell from the joint standing committee on Banks and Banking, to whom was recommitted a "Bill additional to an Act to regulate Banks and Banking", reported the same as taken into a new draft, which was accepted, and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve laying a Tax on the several Counties in this State, was read a second time, and passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Argyle Plantation; read twice, and the question on nonconcurring the House in the indefinite postponement of said Resolve, amending as on Sheet annexed, and passing the same to be engrossed as amended, being ordered to be taken by Yeas and Nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows.
