On motion of Mr Clark of Hallowell,

Voted that the Chairman, Secretary, Messrs Clark, Hingsbury, & Boutelle be a committee to superintend the making up of the record of proceedings of the Convention - adopted.

On motion by the same,

 Voted that one copy signed by the Chairman & attested by the Secretary of the proceedings of the Convention, be made out and furnished to the Senate, one copy to the House of Representatives, and one copy to each of the Senators elected in convention this day, if they require it adopted
          Daniel Goodenow Speaker of the House of Representatives, presiding in the Convention
