Brown from Wilton to Temple additional to incorporate the Sebago and Long Pond Steam Navigation Company additional Exempting certain goods & chattels from attachment Execution & distress - which were severally passed to be Enacted - sent up for concurrence

Bill to regulate Banks & banking came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft - and the House refuse to adopt this new draft - & adhere to their former votes in relation to this bill - sent up for concurrence

And the House adjourned until 1/2 past 2 o'clock this afternoon
