On motion of Mr. Bridgham, ordered that Messrs. Bridgham, Emmons and Manning be a Committee to draft Rules and Orders for the government of the Senate the current political year.
A message was received from the House informing the Senate of the organization of the House of Representatives by the choice of Nathan Clifford, Speaker and Asaph R. Nichols Clerk.
