On motion of Mr. Bridgham, ordered that Messrs. Bridgham, Emmons and Manning be a Committee to draft Rules and Orders for the government of the Senate the current political year.
A message was received from the House informing the Senate of the organization of the House of Representatives by the choice of Nathan Clifford, Speaker and Asaph R. Nichols Clerk.
On motion of Mr. Rogers, ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to three o'clock in the afternoon.
