Ordered, That a Message be sent to the Governor requesting him to return to the House a Bill entitled An Act to incorporate the State Bank, if the same has not received his signature - The Bill was accordingly returned by the Secretary of State - and on motion the House reconsider their vote passing the Bill to be enacted - also their vote passing the same to be engrossed - and order the same to be recommitted - and the Clerk by Message informed the Senate thereof & requested their concurrence.
