Mr Pierce moved to commit said Bill to a Joint Select Committee, and the question of committing the same, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit; Yeas Messrs Allen, Bridgham, Brown, Cobb, Farnsworth, Frye, Howard, Kelsey, Labaree, Manning, Pierce, Prescott, Rogers, Smith, Tobin & Williamson - 16.
