Bill to change a Ladys name; read twice and committed to Messrs Emerson Warren and Webb.

Bill to repeal an Act additional to an Act to provide for the packing and inspection of pickled and smoked Fish, came from the House passed to be engrossed as taken into a new Draft. The Senate adopt said new draft, and pass the same to be engrossed in concurrence.

The report of the joint select Committee to whom was committed a Resolve for the benefit of Jabez Bradbury, that the same ought to pass, was read and accepted in concurrence. and said Resolve was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Parsonsfield Seminary was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill additional to the several Acts for the preservation of Fish in Penobscot River and Bay, and the several streams emptying into the same. Read once and indefinitely postponed in concurrence.

On motion of Mr Burnham, the consideration of the Resolves relating to Miller and Glidden was resumed, and on motion of the same Gentleman committed to Messrs. Burnham Randall and Boutelle with instructions to report by three oclock this afternoon.
