The House resumed the consideration of the Resolve in favor of Anson & Alfred Academy - The amendment moved yesterday by Mr. Freemen of Cherryfield & amended by the House, was this morning withdrawn by leave of the House. - And then on motion of Mr. Bourne of Kennebunk the House resolved itself into a committee of the whole House, on the Resolve aforesaid, Mr. Smith of Nobleboro' in the Chair - and after remaining some time therein the committee rose reported progress and asked & obtained leave to sit again. The House ordered the subject to be laid upon the table.
