Report on the petition of Seth Spring, referring the same to the next Legislature, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
Bill an additional act respecting the Militia and Circuit Courts Martial, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.
The committee to whom was referred in order to enquire into the expediency of instructing our Representatives in Congress on the withdrawing the Navy Yard from this State - reported
Resolve, respecting the proposition to withdraw the Navy Yard from this State, was read & passed to be engrossed, and with the Report ordered to be printed in the State Paper. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve providing Compensation to the Chaplains of the Legislative came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House concurred.
