Mr. Rogers from the Committee to whom was referred the Senatorial votes, made his report, That in the first Senatorial District, the whole number of votes returned according to the provisions of the Constitution is 18,379. Necessary for an election 3,064 Charles N. Cogswell has 3736 Simeon Pease " 3962 Jabez Bradbury " 3964 and are elected.
