Bill for the destruction of Bears and Wolves; Bill to incorporate the Somerset and Kennebec pasturage company, reported by the committee on agriculture, Bill to incorporate the St. Albans academy, reported by the committee on Literary Institutions: Bills to incorporate the town of Hodgdon, reported by the committee on the incorporation of towns; Bill additional regulating judicial process and proceeding, reported by the committee on the Judiciary Resolve for the erection of a Gun house in Bath reported by the committee on the Militia, and Resolve for taxing sheep, reported by the committee on agriculture, were severally read once, and Monday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Mr Sweat, from the select committee to whom was referred a Resolve admitting Seth May to practice as an attorney at law, reported that said Resolve ought to pass, and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.
