On motion of Mr. Groton, ordered, that the Committee on Parishes be directed to enquire whether it be expedient to enact a law authorizing the proprietors of old Meeting houses, unoccupied for religious worship, to sell the same, with the land attached to them, provided three fourths of the persons in interest so decide.
